2010 Mendham Boys Lacrosse Important Reminders:

Medical clearance:
Physical forms!! All players must complete the necessary physical forms in order to participate. Forms will be handed out at the meeting, but are also available in the Nurses Office. All Forms must be turned in by Friday January 30^th, NO EXCEPTIONS. Players turning the forms in late will be required to do additional conditioning. The school doctor will be at school on 1/28.

Practice Packs:
Mendham high school boy’s lacrosse players must wear a mandatory practice pack for every practice. The practice pack includes: Sweatshirt, Sweatpants, reversible jersey, practice t-shirt, practice shorts.

Items for the practice pack will be purchased online through the Mendham Lacrosse apparel store at <http://www.shopgraph-tex.com> . The store will be open by Friday Jan. 22^nd. The practice pack is mandatory all other items on the store are optional. All items will be shipped to your house.

***If you have items from 2009 that are in good condition, you do not have to purchase a new practice pack. Extra practice pack items may be purchased to fill in for missing items or items that are in poor condition.

Freshmen must purchase the entire practice pack!

All players will be expected to wear the practice pack as designated by the coaching staff for all Mendham high school boys’ lacrosse practices and scrimmages. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Helmets:
All players must wear a helmet with the Mendham High school color scheme. Helmets can be purchased at Universal Lacrosse: www.universallacrosse.com <http://www.universallacrosse.com> / 908-526-0584
If you can not purchase a helmet, we can provide a helmet from our refurbished helmet inventory at the school.

Speed training and off-season conditioning: Wednesdays at 4pm and Fridays at 3:15 at The Indoor Sports Pavilion in Randolph. If you are not participating in a winter sport, you are fully expected to enroll in this program. Cost $50, paid to the booster club. This is an unbelievable value at less than $5.00 per session, total sessions = 12. Start Date: Wednesday Jan. 20^th.

Important Dates:
Thursday March 4^th: Locker-room opens
Friday March 5^th: First day of practice

Practice information:
Practice times and dates are subject to change due to many factors: Turf Availability, weather, indoor practice time, etc. As much notice as possible will be given. Tentative practice dates and times will be distributed in February.
